Building a culture of success

The cornerstone of Veho culture is about professional and passionate people who are driving for superior customer experience. It doesn’t matter in which country you are, what language you speak, or to whom you report – That is the common goal for everyone at Veho.

People matter. This is especially true of service businesses, where the customer experience given by the employees at the firm can make or break them. For us people are at the center of everything we do.

Based on the Great Place to Work survey, Veho Sweden and Lithuania have been granted the certificate of Great Place to Work. Much has been done right, but much still can be improved.

“My job is to make people succeed in their work. I am driving the commonly agreed principles related to leadership and Veho culture, employee branding and employee experience, competence development, wellbeing and overall making sure that we gain our desired state to be the most attractive employer in automotive in 2025,” says Susanna Kohisevankoski, People and Culture Director at Veho.

Aiming to be the most attractive employer in the automotive industry

We have set ourselves an ambitious goal as being the most attractive employer in the automotive industry by 2025 across all Veho countries.

“Sharing is caring. I think the foundation of employee well-being is good leadership. When we have clear targets and plans, when those are communicated, and when people are treated fairly, listened to, and supported in the right way, we are already on a good way.”

A healthy and well-motivated staff is the key factor for us to succeed.

Even though most things that matter in employee well-being are intangible, but aside from being trusted and feel safe, certain basic conditions like clear ways of working, competitive salary and benefits, development and growth opportunities, and balance in life need to be fulfilled.

“I think we are always 100 % human beings and different parts of life cannot be separated. Therefore ‘made by people for people’ is essential to keep in mind, and I would maybe translate it into the golden rule: Treat others as you would like you to be treated. Then we most probably will build a successful and well-being community of Vehovians.” Susanna concludes.
