Susanna Kohisevankoski has been appointed People and Culture Director and member of Veho Group Management team as of 1 September 2022. In her position Susanna will be responsible for people related topics on strategical level. Her line of work includes people and organization development and evolvement, and building strong Veho culture. She will also be closely affiliated with Veho People operations . In that capacity her duties will include counseling employee relations, talent acquisition and development, and performance management.
Bringing extensive HR experience to Veho Group, Susanna says she’s looking forward to promoting a company-wide people culture with a distinctive emphasis on Veho Group strategy goals.

In addition to her broad HR experience, Susanna will contribute to her team solid know-how in coaching, transformation, and organization development in international environment.
Susanna worked previously as Chief People and Culture Officer at Enics, an industrial electronics manufacturing services provider. Prior to the engagement at Enics, she has had several HR lead roles in various industry segments.
