We measure our sustainability reputation through the average score for the Responsibility theme of the prestigious Reputation & Trust survey conducted by T-Media. For now, this survey only covers Finland, but we are looking at ways to expand this indicator to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden.
Our common target for the average Responsibility score is 3,5, which is considered the threshold for a company to have a strong responsibility reputation. In 2021, we achieved this goal by reaching an average score of 3,64. We are glad that we reached our goal and that customers see us as a responsible operator. We scored especially well in the Responsibility theme from the perspective of new car sales operations (B2C and B2B). Veho Finland was especially praised for conforming to the following statements: “acting right and responsibly – takes into account its impact on the environment and society” and “takes environment into account in operations”.
