Adhering to our sustainability principles and Code of Conduct is everyone’s responsibility. Each Veho employee and partner should report both detected and suspected breaches of our principles. Speak Up channel provides all Veho’s employees and stakeholders the opportunity to report activities that go against our principles, in confidence and anonymously.
Examples of violations of our principles that can be reported through Veho’s Speak Up channel include:
We take all reports that come through Veho’s Speak Up channel seriously. We encourage our employees and partners to first consider discussing the matter with a manager or another Veho representative. If this is not possible, we recommend using our Speak Up channel. You can file a report without concrete evidence or complete certainty of the concern; it is enough that you have a suspicion of a misconduct or unethical behaviour, and the report is made in good faith.
Veho does not accept retaliation towards anyone who uses Speak Up channel to report suspected breaches or unethical behaviour and will not try discourage or stop anyone from submitting information. Each incoming report is processed and handled according to the same confidential and impartial process.
